As a new, innovative company, we have grown so much since starting sales in May of 2020. We are so extremely grateful for the Byte Wipes community that has emerged in our first. The love and support have been so encouraging for the Byte Wipes Team and we can't wait to see what 2021 has in store.
Many of you have been with us since we first started in May, but since our business is constantly growing some of you may be new to the Byte Wipes community. This blog is meant to share our mission with new customers as well as serve as a reminder for those that have been with us from the beginning.
At Byte Wipes our goal is to help people stay safe and healthy in their everyday lives. Our product is used to combat everyday germs that can be picked up in public areas before entering your home. In today’s climate, we use hand sanitizer like hand lotion but what’s the point if we don’t also clean our phones… the extension of our hands?
You can hand sanitize as often as you like, but you instantly recontaminate yourself as soon as you touch your dirty phone again.
According to State Food Safety, cell phones harbor more than three times the number of germs that dirty doorknobs do-- which can be up to 25,127 bacteria per square inch.
What we’re getting at is- your phone is way dirtier than you think and that’s where Byte Wipes come in handy!
Our favorite part is our ability to give back to the local community by donating one container of Byte Wipes for every six purchased to first responders. During trying times like COVID-19, it is important to support our own health, but also those who are putting themselves at risk to keep our communities safe. Seeing the impact we make by donating is absolutely priceless!
Giving back to the community is so special to us as is acting sustainably. All Byte Wipes packages have instructions on how to recycle our containers. Once the sticker has been removed and the container washed out, the packaging is ready to be recycled!
We are so unbelievably grateful for every ounce of support that we receive. A sincere thank you to those that have been around since we started and a big welcome to those who are new customers! We can't wait for the future of Byte Wipes in 2021!!
